We’ve loved making our Biltong for the last 18 years, as much as we hope you do love eating it. Making it the traditional way so that we maintain the highest level of quality and taste. Each piece of Biltong is handmade, hand cut and prepared by our skilled butchers, ensuring that you enjoy every piece right to the last.

Our Beef grass fed silverside beef is naturally reared and traceable back to the farm.
It is marinated in our unique blend of herbs and spices, which delivers a richly flavoured Biltong,
We cure our biltong in purpose built driers that allow us to be hands on in the process and deliver a truly artisanal biltong product.
Once it is cured to perfection, we slice and
package to order to ensure the freshest flavour.

Our biltong is Allergen, Gluten & MSG free, has a high protein, low salt content and is a exceptional quality, soft bite protein snack.
